FAQ How does it work? - Client send us their recorded files via email with an indication of the service required i.e Service option 1 or Service Option 2.
- We respond with a confirmation email and a confidentiality agreement.
- The file/s will then be typed up(transcribed) by our secretaries , we inform you that the project has been completed, you pay and we return the completed work.
Please note: There is a money back guarantee if you are not completely satisfied, provided that your work was legible and clear from the beginning. Therefore please listen to your file before sending to avoid delays.
How do I send a file ?

This is freeware and can be used freely, www.nch.com.au require you to register which is simple. Express Scribe their programme allows you to record any of the file types below and then send them over a secure network to us. What type of files do we accept or work on? wav, mp3, au, aif, vox, dct (encrypted dictation) Windows Media, VoiceIt (sri) RealAudio (ra and rm) Olympus, Lanier & Grundig (dss) Sony Recorder formats (msv, dvf) Philips Digital Recorder format Sanyo Digital Recorder format DSP TrueSpeech, GSM 6.10, mp2, vox, PCM, uLaw, ALaw, ADPCM, CELP, SBC, wav, mp3, aiff dct file formats and many more formats.
When will I receive my file?
A: This depends on the option you choose. See the home page. How do I pay your company? A: We will invoice you when we return your document. When do I have to pay? A: Within 1-6 working days of receiving the completed files.
